What should you expect for your first yoga class?
Our instructors will greet you by name and get you checked in.
Arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of class to choose your spot and get settled in.
You can bring your own yoga mat and block or you can borrow one of ours.
The studio is climate controlled, so just wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch and sweat in.
Relax and let your instructor guide you.
